About Us
We are a small outpatient practice of mental health therapists and substance use counselors who have been affected by addiction and/or mental health issues within our own families and want to help others.
Sapphire Counseling and Assessments, LLC was founded from a desire to "Do Better" in the community and to offer a non-judgmental and safe environment for all.

Shelley is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
She has over 16 years experience helping people who struggle with mental health related illness and addiction.

She accepts NE Total Care, Ambetter, Optum, Healthy Blue Medicaid, UHC Medicaid, NTC Medicaid, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Midlands Choice, Aetna and Nebraska Judicial System vouchers.

Business Manager/Owner/ RN
Justin is a Registered Nurse and business owner.
He enjoys helping others and has a passion for movies and horror films.
Justin will be helping us by scheduling appointments, answering phones and keeping the business organized.

Maureen Drake
Therapist/Business Associate
Maureen is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
She enjoys helping others and really enjoys the listening aspect of counseling.
Maureen offers mental health and substance use counseling. She also utilizes DBT skills in session.
