Our services
We use a variety of therapeutic approaches at our practice, they include; Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Collaborative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Problem Solving Therapy and Psychotherapy to provide the following services;
Substance use disorder evaluations and co-occuring evaluations.
Level 1 Outpatient substance use therapy and Outpatient Mental Health Therapy.
Level 1 Outpatient Substance Use Counseling
We can help you look at your struggles and find ways to move forward. We specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and we take a solution focused approach.
We would love to partner with you to reach your goals, whatever they may be.
Services are provided via telehealth and in person.
Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes in length and are provided 1-2 times a week. As progress occurs, sessions become less frequent.
Substance Use Disorder Evaluations

In addiction medicine, a substance use disorder evaluation is the first step to treatment.
(these take 60-90 mins).
In mental health, assessments and a full evaluation can help rule out or rule in some symptoms you have been noticing.
Typically, a diagnostic interview will occur, wherein the interviewer asks questions related to the screening to understand the individual's substance use or mental health concerns.

Sessions typically last anywhere from 45-60 minutes in length.
